After moving home, losing a key or a tenancy change, a cylinder replacement may be appropriate if the rest of the lock is working correctly. Other doors may need a mortice lock or nightlatch replacement.

Explain the reason for the change, how many locks are involved and whether the doors open and close normally. A photo helps identify the hardware, but the final quote depends on what is fitted.

Cylinder changes and anti-snap upgrades are quoted for the size and security grade needed for your door. Ask for the complete supplied-and-fitted price. Specialist hardware is quoted separately.

No VAT is added. The total price and any out-of-hours charge are agreed before work.
