Your quote covers the agreed work, including labour and any specified replacement parts. The lock, fault, access and appointment time affect the total. Specialist hardware and evening or weekend work are quoted before booking. The full job price is agreed before work starts.
No separate call-out fee. No VAT is added. A photo can help with an estimate; an inspection may be needed to confirm the fault.

Do I need a whole new door?
A problem with a handle or lock doesn’t by itself mean you need a new door. The hardware and door alignment need assessing before recommending the repair.
What if I’m locked out?
Call rather than message, and explain that you cannot get in. I’ll confirm current availability, discuss the job and give an estimated arrival time.
Are parts and labour included?
Ask for the full job price when you book. The required parts, work and timing must be confirmed for your job before a price is agreed.
